Developed in 2012, in application in the non-academic sector since 2014, since 2017 also in academic areas of the Medical University of Graz.
Relation to gender equality targets
Performance agreements and the development plan both include Gender Budgeting.
The objective(s) of the tool
The checklist is circulated in combination with a memo containing information on gender budgeting; it is intended to clearly indicate where in the budget gender aspects may be relevant.
Description of the tool
In order to raise awareness of gender-balanced resource allocation, checklist and memo are distributed alongside the call for budgeting/allocating the budget.
